pvz3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the pvz3 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein. These Terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pvz3 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the pvz3 platform at any time. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. pvz3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including through valid identification documents. Failure to provide truthful information may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility alone. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a user of the pvz3 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international regulations.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the normal functioning of the platform, its servers, or related networks.
- Using automated software, bots, or other technological tools to scrape information or place bets automatically without prior written consent from pvz3.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party, whether for free or for payment.
- Engaging in any action intended to defraud the platform, other users, or any third party involved in the operations of pvz3.
- Misusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that goes against the terms and conditions set for each offer.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.
Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the pvz3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods approved by pvz3, which may include local bank transfers and digital wallets available in Malaysia.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to policies set by pvz3 and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. These limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice, and users are encouraged to check the latest information in their account before making any transaction.
Pvz3 is not liable for any losses or delays caused by third-party technical failures, including those of banks or payment service providers. All successfully submitted withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process, the duration of which may vary depending on the chosen payment method and the user's VIP tier. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and kept up to date.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, pvz3 and its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss.
Account Suspension & Closure
Pvz3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, on the following grounds:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete the required identity verification process.
- Account inactivity for a period specified under the platform's current policy.
- Instructions from the relevant authorities or a court order.
In the event of account closure due to a breach, pvz3 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the activities in question while an investigation is conducted.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the pvz3 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of pvz3 or its licensors. This content is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property law. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any platform content without prior written consent from pvz3.

The pvz3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. pvz3 has no control over the content of those third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
